Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 heads broccoli, floret's
  • 3 large eggs
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 12 teaspoons johnny's season salt
  • 1 12 teaspoons garlic salt (adjust amounts to taste)
  • 1 cup cracker crumb (premium saltines)
  • 2 12 cups olive oil (for frying)


  1. Wash and clean broccoli.
  2. Cut florets off, split larger ones in half.
  3. In a plastic bag add flour and seasoning (shake well).
  4. In a separate plastic bag add finely crushed crackers.
  5. In a mixing bowl add eggs and milk (beat until fluffy).
  6. Dip broccoli into egg.
  7. Put into flour and shake well.
  8. Re dip into egg.
  9. Put into cracker crumbs (coat well).
  10. Heat oil to 400 deg. Make sure oil covers at least half of the vegetables
  11. Place into hot oil and cook until golden brown, turn over and cook other side.
  12. Ranch dressing makes a good dip for these.
