Directions

  1. Rub fish with hot sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Set aside for 1 hour or more.
  3. Cut fish into bite-size pieces and dip into eggs.
  4. Roll in cornmeal.
  5. Fry quickly in deep fat for 2 or 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Drain.
