  1. Pick green beans.
  2. Wash & snap the ends off.
  3. Heat bacon grease in a small frying pan until it sizzles when you put a drop of water inches.
  4. Put green beans and garlic into frying pan.
  5. Let cook for 2-3 minutes (or until blistered).
  6. Also good cooked with onions or sesame seeds added as a garnish.
