- 1⁄2 kg minced beef
- 1⁄2 cup onion (Finely chopped)
- 1 tomatoes, small
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic (Finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (Finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 green chilies (splitted from centre)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
directions
- wash and put mince beef in a strainer so excess water should be completely drained.
- Heat oil and onion in a pan and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and cook on medium flame untill mince meat and tomatoes are completely dried and well cook.
