  • wash and put mince beef in a strainer so excess water should be completely drained.
  • Heat oil and onion in a pan and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and cook on medium flame untill mince meat and tomatoes are completely dried and well cook.
  • garnish with corriander if you feel like -- .
