  1. Heat frying pan over medium heat with olive oil coating the pan.
  2. liberally sprinkle adobo over chops and place in heated oil. liberally sprinkle adobo over other side of meat.
  3. When you have a good sear on the first side, flip and sear the second.
  4. After both sides have been seared turn down heat and finish cooking.
