  • Peel and cut up potatoes and wash off.
  • Heat skillet on med heat.
  • Add potatoes, onions, peppers, salt and pepper.
  • Stir every 15 minutes til tender (about 30 minutes).

  2. This was good but I did cheat a bit. I used Simply Sliced Potatoes and frozen onions and peppers. This made for easy prep. I had problems with the mixture sticking to the pan. I did spray with pam and then added some oil. I didn't measure the salt and pepper I just sprinkled it on. We enjoyed these.
     
  3. Mmmm this is so good! Indeed, this recipe's just enough for two. At the final stage of frying your Recipe #318375, I placed the potatoes in. After it was done, I set it aside and cooked the rest together mixing the fried potatoes at the last part.It might not be healthy but it sure is delicious! The saltiness was also just right and loved the onions and green pepper in it. Thanks for posting this! Made for Fall PAC baby 2008.
