  • Mix the first three ingredients in small bowl.
  • Heat a small skillet over medium heat, then add 2 Tablespoons of the oil and the lightly beaten eggs. Cook till eggs are moist.
  • Place wok over medium heat, let the wok heat up, then add the rest of the oil and garlic powder. Stir briefly.
  • Add the Frozen veggies and the pepper, then stir fry for one minute.
  • Add the rice and eggs and Stir fry an additional 5-6 minutes.
  • Add Sauce and mix well.
  • Serve Hot.
