  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 12-1 tablespoon sumac
  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Break the eggs carefully into the pan. (Try not to break the yoke).
  2. Sprinkle with sumac, salt, & pepper. Continue to fry the egg until the white part is no longer runny & the yoke is done to your preference.
