  1. Combine all ingredients except Fritos. Refrigerate for one hour. Mix crushed Fritos in with salad right before serving.
  2. *Sometimes, if I'm making this for my family and I know we won't eat it all, I will crush the Fritos and put them on the side. We add them to our own salads --- that way you can keep the salad for a couple of days.
