  1. Good and a new taste for me. Everyone liked it. I'll do it again. Fairly healthy too.

  2. My kids and I love this dish. I've made it at least once a week this summer. I don't always add sausage (my kids don't care for it), but everything else stays the same. I would advise to use Old Bay shrimp boil. I've tried two other brands and we were coughing and hacking due to the boils having too much cayenne pepper. It was waaaay too spicy. Eating the shrimp cold and the rest warmed up the next day is still very tasty.

  3. Wow! My dh and I loved this. Thanks for adding a new favorite to our recipe collection! Great flavor and not that hard to put together.

  4. We have been making this for several years, so good and easy to make. W pour ours out on paper covered tables, no eating with silverware, fingers only. When finished eating, roll up the paper and dump into trash can. No mess to clean up!! Also I use beer instead of lemon.

Full time paramedic for over 20 years, father of 3, grandfather of 2. Not that I read a lot of cooking magazines, but I have a tattoo of the barcode from Food and Wine Magazine... My favorite cookbook is The Joy of Cooking, because it is pretty much an encyclopedia of cooking, however I have dozens of cookbooks. I don't usually cook directly from any of them, but use them for ideas. I can't stand selfish, arrogant or self-important people. I have ridden a motorcycle since I was about 10. I have no use for people who don't look out for motorcycles on the road, or who pull out in front of them. I have a guinea pig for trying all of the things I cook. She is the love of my life, and is willing to try anything I make at least once.
