Brownie
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour

Icing
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 - 1 1⁄2 cup icing sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Mix all brownie ingredients. Bake in a greased 9x11 inch pan at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- While brownies are baking, mix all icing ingredients together. Set aside.
- Immediately ice brownie with icing while still hot.

WOW! Just when I thought I was already making the best brownies (the Hershey syrup recipe) in the world, these come along. These are a chocolate lover's dream. I have to warn you, though, they ARE very very rich but I love them that way. They almost taste like fudge only they are so very chewy. I did have to bake mine about 35 minutes, but I think that was because I used a stoneware baking dish. I also had to add a little milk to the frosting to get it to the right consistency to spread over the brownies. If you love chocolate, you have to try these.
