This was enjoyed a lot. It makes a lovely change from the usual heavy pies after one of the two heaviest meals of the year. I couldn't get the cranberry sauce to mix in well so I ended up putting it in the food processor (so much for the whole berries). It had a nice little tartness and the cream cheese smoothed it all wonderfully. This would really be terrific in the summer. Made for PRMR.
