  1. Yum, Syd, this is perfect! Great on a warm day! I feel refreshed and energized! I also blended my ice cream into the drink, and just loved the richness of it! Thanks so much for sharing!

  2. Made this as a pick-me-up after getting home from a day of travel. Was very tastey and the amount of espresso was perfect! I added the ice cream to the blender and mixed it in rather than leaving the scoop in the drink. Made for PRMR.

  3. Very smooth & creamy drink. I used vanilla bean ice cream and we devoured it.

  4. Very good, refreshing drink, like a coffee smoothie. I used skim milk and instant espresso, and just used regular granulated sugar as that is what was on hand. Very tasty! Thanks so much for sharing, Syd! Made for Comfort Cafe Summer 2009.

  5. I just love mocha frappuccino's and so does 17 yo DS, so made this as an afternoon treat, well morning for him, lol!!! I followed the exact amounts, but blender kept sticking as it was too thick so add more coffee, that worked great!! I chose to add chocolate ice cream to make it a mocha iced coffee. DS and I then decided we wanted that blended in also, so added them back to the blender!! Yummy iced coffee!!! Thanks for sharing your recipe Syd!!! Made for 123 Tag!!
