Frothy Iced Coffee

- 236.59 ml ice, crushed
- 118.29 ml whole milk
- 56.69 g espresso coffee, freshly-brewed
- 14.79 ml superfine sugar
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
directions
- In a blender, combine ice, milk, coffee & sugar & process for about 30 seconds, until frothy & slushy.
- Pour into a tall glass & top with the ice cream.
- Serve immediately.

Made this as a pick-me-up after getting home from a day of travel. Was very tastey and the amount of espresso was perfect! I added the ice cream to the blender and mixed it in rather than leaving the scoop in the drink. Made for PRMR. -

I just love mocha frappuccino's and so does 17 yo DS, so made this as an afternoon treat, well morning for him, lol!!! I followed the exact amounts, but blender kept sticking as it was too thick so add more coffee, that worked great!! I chose to add chocolate ice cream to make it a mocha iced coffee. DS and I then decided we wanted that blended in also, so added them back to the blender!! Yummy iced coffee!!! Thanks for sharing your recipe Syd!!! Made for 123 Tag!!
