1. Yum! I made some of these last night and enjoyed my first for breakfast this morning. I followed the directions as stated except for slicing the bananas lengthwise before cutting in half (so that I ended up with 4 pieces out of one banana). I've never had a frozen banana before, so I'm glad I cut them lengthwise first because it was pretty cold on my teeth (and biting into an entire half at one time may have been too much for me)! I used vanilla flavored yogurt and your Yummy, Healthy Granola recipe (#311501). Easy - but kind of messy - to put together. I really enjoy this as a different spin on bananas, and will definitely be making it often. Thanks for posting!!!!!

  2. Forgot to review this after making it, LOL. It's a yummy, cold and nutritious snack!- and, may I mention, perhaps even better with the addition of a little peanut butter smeared on the tip of each bite. Thanks for posting!

  3. Delicious! I had my nieces & nephew over after school today, and my niece & I shared this! We both loved it! We ate it before we got to take the pics though. lol I used strawberry flavoured yoghurt, and your yummy healthy granola. Very yum. [Made for Fall 08 PAC] *** I just made this for a second time, we had them for dessert tonight. They were a wonderful summer trest to finish our meal!

  4. I love any type of granola and since this one appears to be LF/LC, I knew I had to give it a go. Plus, I"m hosting TOTM and featuring granola as one of my topics along with breakfast= on =the= go.. I had this recipe saved for awhile and now was the time for trying/reviewing. It did not disappoint. I actually made your granola recipe first and then used regular LF Plain Yoplait Yogurt to roll my 1/2 banana in and then rolled in your granola mixture. It was a sloppy/messy prospect but one I muddled thru after many handwashings. It was well worth the effort and mess as these frozen nana's are delish. I must admit I've never had one b/f. If you cared to up your calorie/fat intake you could always roll in additional chocolate or just drizzle. Yum, Yum. Thanks for two great keeper recipes!

  5. Okay, I can't really rate this as I haven't tried it, but I WILL... SOON. DH and I have recently discovered the not-so-well-kept (where have we been) secret of frozen bananas. Who needs ice cream when these frozen little goodies are in your freezer? Mo'Ma', thanks for sharing this sure-to-be gem, that will expand on my new nightly treat.

PLEASE RATE MY RECIPES!! :) My husband and I have been happily married for six years and we have two amazing children! I stay home with our son and daughter and stay busy in with local mom's groups and activities. I am a certified childbirth educator (bradleybirth.com) and also teach and supervise the Aqua Aerobic department at one of our local gyms. I am somewhat of a health nut/hippee and distribute whole food suppliments (morganlovesjuiceplus.com), but I love to bake and to share my baked goods. There is no better compliment than when some one takes a bite of my very own Chocolate Chip Cookies and says they are the best they've ever tasted! (Sorry, it's a secret recipe!) I would love to open my own bakery someday... I like to cook for my family too, and have become exceptionally motivated since our son was born. I have been finding myself getting swept away reading cookbooks (while the kids are sleeping). :) I am really enjoying trying new recipes (and so is my husband) and I think I am becomming a "Foodie" so Recipezaar is simply heaven for me! | <a href="http://www.facebook.com/business/dashboard/" title="Miracles in the Making Childbirth Education and Support!" target="_TOP" style="font-family: "lucida grande",tahoma,verdana,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11px; font-variant: normal; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; color: #3B5998; text-decoration: none;">Miracles in the Making Childbirth Education and Support
