Frozen Bananarita

"This margarita is definitely tropical. The flavor is not overwhelmingly banana, but if you like more, add some extra banana liqueur, or if you don't want so much alcohol, banana extract will give it a little extra punch."

ingredients

  • 1 ounce banana liqueur
  • 1 ounce tequila
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 12 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 ounces half-and-half
  • 1 cup crushed ice (more or less, to adjust thickness)

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Pour into a margarita or martini glass frosted with sugar and serve at once.
