Frozen Corn

  • Bring pot of water to boil.
  • Husk corn.
  • Add corn to boiling water.
  • When the water returns to a boil, time for 5 minute
  • Remove corn and put in sink filled with cold water.
  • When corn is cold remove from water.
  • Cut corn off cobs and put corn in freezer bags.
  • Suck out air with straw, seal bag and freeze.
