  • 12 cantaloupe, diced and frozen
  • 12 cup apricot nectar, bottled or canned
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 12 cup chopped ice
  • banana, slice (to garnish)

  • Place all ingredients in blender except banana.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with slice of banana.
