  1. These were great! I only got two pies though. I also used chocolate graham pie crust. Will make again.

  2. I was not too sure about this one because of the peanut butter...for some reason I was expecting it to be heavy. This pie is delicious! So light and fluffy, and simple to make.

  3. Yum yum! Loved it with Oreo crust!

  4. Used the chocolate cookie crum crusts. I'll eat peanut butter as long as there's chocolate with it!! Made these for a benefit pie auction. They sold so I guess they looked ok. We kept one at home 'cause I spilled part of it.

  5. I couldn't stop tasting the filling, it is so good. I only added 1/4 cup of milk and I also got 2 pies. They are in the freezer to help make my thanksgiving dinner a little less hectic. Thank you..

Hi! My husband, four children and I live in NY. I think my love of cooking and eating?is in my blood. My Grandma (who was 100% Norweigan) was a wonderful cook and my mom & sisters are as well. I really enjoy baking the most. If I had some time off I would bake and look for more new recipes to try!
