Directions

  1. In the top of a double broiler combine the eggs, sugar, pineapple juice, salt and lemon juice.
  2. Cook stirring constantly until thick.
  3. Cool and add celery, pineapple, nuts and apple.
  4. Gently fold in heavy cream.
  5. Freeze in one large or 12 individual molds.
  6. Serve frozen on lettuce.
  7. Garnish, if desired with mayonnaise.
