Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 lbs chicken legs with thigh
  • 13 cup soy sauce
  • 13 cup honey
  • 13 cup oil

Directions

  1. Mix the wet ingredients.
  2. Pour over the chicken in baking dish.
  3. Cover with foil.
  4. Put in frig overnight.
  5. Next day, put in oven and cook in 325° oven for 90 minutes.
  6. Check to make sure it is not burning. Chicken is done when easy to pull apart.
