Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

"I based this on a parfait sold in our cafe at work. The yogurt is made rich and creamy by the addition of pudding mix! You can use whatever fruit you like, I like to use blueberries but whatever is in season will work."

  1. This was fabulous and worth MANY stars! I love the slight tang of the plain yogurt, too, as it cuts some of the artificial pudding flavor. I find it equally good when freshly mixed up (without refrigerating first). Thaks Kalija, for posting- Roxygirl
