- fruit, of choice
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons oleo
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2⁄3 cup boiling water
directions
- Cover bottom of pan with fruit.
- Mix together 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tbsp oleo, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 cup sifted flour.
- Pour over fruit.
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tbs corn starch and sprinkle over flour mixture.
- Top with 3/4 cup boiling water.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 375.

Hello... My name is Andrea. I am currently attending a university full time for my associates degree in massage therapy, which I plan to follow up with pre-med. I am going to be a chiropractor eventually. I absolutely love it. When I'm not in school, I am in the kitchen... baking. I got married a year and a half ago to the most wonderful man in the world.
