Fruit Dip

"This is a wonderfully fresh citrus dip which is a great addition to a fruit platter. This was given to me by my sister when she heard I was having a BBQ Picnic for my little girl's first birthday. It went down a treat. Best part is that you can freeze 1/2 of the fruit mix and use it another day"

I was born in Mosgiel,New Zealand. My mother was a local Kiwi girl from Tairei Beach NZ and my Father was from Holland giving me a nice mix in heritage. I am now living in Sydney, Australia with my partner and our little daughter who is a beautiful Dutch-Kiwi-Ghanaian mix ... she is just a wonderful little girl with personality plus. With living in such a culturally mixed household .. zaar is being a major help in bringing new flavors into our meals. It has been great. My life is with working full time, looking after my girl and working on a strong family. When I get the chance I love the beach, ballet, boxing, travel, family history, musicals, catching up with friends and going back to New Zealand to see family and friends...sharing it all (except the boxing - that?s just mine) with my girl and partner.
