I made this today for dayhome morning snack with fruit. It was a toss up with the kids but three of them are extremely fussy so we won't count them. My kids are fruit monkeys and love to dip fruit in anything as long as they get fruit. It was fast, simple and really tasty. The only thing was it was super thick and they ended up dipping their fingers in it, maybe a bit of juice or something to thin it down a bit. I didnt have low fat anything so I made it as is. It is going in my dip file for my own kids but I won't waste this tasty dip on the dayhome kids.

We enjoyed this very much on apples. I used low fat cream cheese and splenda brown (at half strength as you are supposed to with that product). Great taste, but the consistency was a tad off for my taste. Too thick to get much on the apple slices. Now spread on a bagel I'd bet it would be divine! Thanks for posting.
