  1. This was great. I used fat free cream cheese, splenda brown sugar blend, a little bit of white sugar, and about 1 tbs + 1 tsp vanilla. Fat free cream cheese can be quite bland, so I had to make up for it with a little extra vanilla/sugar. Good recipe; thanks!

  2. At college my school always served this dip with fruit trays in the college center. Since the first time I tried it, I was in love! I just made this for a fruity desert. It was delicious and tasted exactly like the stuff I had in college.

  3. I had a recipe from a friend very similar to this a few years ago and was looking for it. I found this one and it is good. My cream cheese was too thick and not blending well, so I added some milk and mixed it with a hand mixer. It was delicious.

  4. I made this today for dayhome morning snack with fruit. It was a toss up with the kids but three of them are extremely fussy so we won't count them. My kids are fruit monkeys and love to dip fruit in anything as long as they get fruit. It was fast, simple and really tasty. The only thing was it was super thick and they ended up dipping their fingers in it, maybe a bit of juice or something to thin it down a bit. I didnt have low fat anything so I made it as is. It is going in my dip file for my own kids but I won't waste this tasty dip on the dayhome kids.

  5. We enjoyed this very much on apples. I used low fat cream cheese and splenda brown (at half strength as you are supposed to with that product). Great taste, but the consistency was a tad off for my taste. Too thick to get much on the apple slices. Now spread on a bagel I'd bet it would be divine! Thanks for posting.
