- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
directions
- Add ingredients to bowl.
- Beat with mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- Serve with fruit or cookies.
- (I will sometimes use more brown sugar as I enjoy it a bit sweeter.).

I doubled the recipe used very low fat cream cheese but only half the amount of brown sugar required as I felt that made it just sweet enough without being too sweet and it went very well with the fruit. Thank you Chef Chelleybell, made for Bargain Basement Tag game.

Wife, Mom, Realtor living in Texas and loving it. Transplant from the NW and miss the trees, but love the people here. I'm not a huge cook, but would love to do more now that I have the time...LOL...my favorite cookbook comes from my husbands mother and it's a paperback "old" Betty Crocker book.
