  • Heat vinegar in a double boiler; add salt and pepper.
  • Beat egg yolks in a bowl; pour the warm vinegar over the egg yolks while stirring.
  • Return to double boiler; cook and stir until creamy.
  • Remove from heat and add the cream; stir well.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
  • Can be used with raw fruit or coleslaw.
