- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 egg yolks
- 1⁄4 cup cream
directions
- Heat vinegar in a double boiler; add salt and pepper.
- Beat egg yolks in a bowl; pour the warm vinegar over the egg yolks while stirring.
- Return to double boiler; cook and stir until creamy.
- Remove from heat and add the cream; stir well.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- Can be used with raw fruit or coleslaw.
