directions

  • to prepare FIRST LAYER:.
  • mix and spread on a pizza pan -- bake at 300*-325* for 20 minutes.
  • to prepare the SECOND LAYER.
  • comine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix well.till smooth.
  • spread onto cooled cookie crust.
  • THIRD LAYER:.
  • assorted fresh or canned fruit.I drain canned fruit well and reserve the juice to which I will add enough water to make 1 cup of liquid and that I will thicken for the top layer -- to drizzle over the fruit layer.
  • FOURTH LAYER:.
  • Heat and bring to a boil -- stir till smooth.
  • drizzle over fruit.***** the 3/4 cup of water might not be accurate -- IF I USE MORE CANNED FRUIT AND THEREFORE HAVE MORE JUICE.THEN I ONLY ADD ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE 1 CUP LIQUID.
