“This is a wonderful tasting, easy salad. I forgot I needed to take a dish to a graduation party about 5 years ago, and was trying to figure out what I could do with the ingredients I had on hand. I found this recipe in quick cooking. Everyone raved and wanted the recipe, and I have been making it every since. This is easy to lighten calories by substituting FF SF pudding, light sour cream skim milk.”

Directions

  1. Slice peaches into bite size pieces.
  2. In large bowl combine all fruit.
  3. Mix together gently, set aside.
  4. For Sauce:
  5. Combine all ingredients in another large bowl.
  6. Beat with a wire whisk until smooth, mixture will thicken.
  7. Gently fold fruit into sauce.
  8. Cover and chill for 3 or 4 hours before serving.
