  • 23 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions

  1. Combine juices, sugar and egg in a small sauce pan.
  2. Stirring constantly, slowly bring to a boil.
  3. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.
  4. Strain.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
