"So easy and so deeelicious. This is great any time of the year. I am always asked for the recipe. This was in a church book. I prepare it for family reunions, in small cups. I place the cups in a tub of ice. The cook time is actually chill time."

ingredients

1 can peach pie filling
1 can chunk pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin orange, drained
1 (10 ounce) box frozen strawberries, halves thawed,drain syrup
3 -4 bananas

directions

Put all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
Chill 3 or 4 hours or overnight.
Store in refrigerator.

Quick, easy and so good you don't know when to stop. I made this recipe for the sald for our supper last night and then topped it with a dollop of fresh whipped cream for our dessert today. Will make this salad often.

I was getting ready to submit this recipe myself but thought I would do a search first to see if it was already here. This is one of my very favorite, all-time recipes and it is soooo easy to make. I had this the first time in 1998 at a Russell Stover potluck and have been crazy over it ever since! Having two Carrie/Kerry's in our department and to tell the difference between the two,we named them Big Carrie and Little Kerry. This salad we all christened as BIG CARRIE'S FRUIT SALAD. When I am serving this for company, I love to put it in the small clear cups, so everyone can see how pretty it is. Thanks for posting!! Now I can easily find this!
