  1. Wonderful. Spread marscarpone cheese over the crispy tortillas, then added the fruit. The marscarpone goes wonderfully with the flavors.

  2. Made this as an appetizer to an indian taco dinner. It was a huge hit. The salsa was delicious. I did leave out the apple jelly as I didn't have any on hand. Didn't miss it though. I also did not make the tortilla chips. I was going to, then I saw a huge bag of them at Sam's club and thought it would save on some time. It did, and they were delicious with the fruit salsa. This is a keeper for sure. Thanks.

  3. Yum! I used bluedberries instead of strawberries. Loved it! Great snack! Actually I had it for breakfast!

  4. So light and fresh tasting! My strawberries were very ripe so the salsa was very juicy-next time I'll cut back the OJ a little bit. I followed CarolJ's tip and baked the chips 10 min.--perfect! I took this to a pool party and everyone gobbled it up. Thanks LonghornMama

  5. This was very good. At first I was afraid it was going to be too much apple in proportion to the other fruit. But it tasted terrific! The only change I made was that after the first batch of tortillas were baked I realized they weren't crispy the way my family prefers so I baked them for a total of 10 minutes per batch after that. Even the juice the salsa made was great tasting!
