Fruit Smoothie

"I adapted this recipe from the Nasoya website. It can make 4 small smoothies, or 2 large smoothies (I usually opt for the large as a meal replacement). The fruit of your choice can be substituted for the blueberries. I also use Lite Silken Tofu and Light Orange Juice to cut the calories and fat."

  • Add ice, then continue to blend until creamy.
