Fruit Smoothie Ice Cream

"This recipe is based on the "Six Week Body-Makeover" program. I recommend that you let it thaw a bit before you eat it, otherwise it is really hard and you don't enjoy all of the flavours. You can also substitute other fruits for the bananas (I haven't tried this but would love to hear your results)."

  • Peel, core, and chop up apple.
  • Put in microwave safe dish and cook until softened.
  • Mash apple and let cool.
  • Mash 2 bananas with apple.
  • Add vanilla and spices.
  • Stir well and put in 1/2 cup portion dishes.
  • Cover with SaranWrap and freeze.
