Directions

  1. Peel, core, and chop up apple.
  2. Put in microwave safe dish and cook until softened.
  3. Mash apple and let cool.
  4. Mash 2 bananas with apple.
  5. Add vanilla and spices.
  6. Stir well and put in 1/2 cup portion dishes.
  7. Cover with SaranWrap and freeze.
