  • 3 cups fruit, fresh, frozen
  • 12 cup sugar, granulated
  • 12 cup corn syrup, light
  • 13 cup water

  • In a heavy saucepan, combine all. Bring to a simmer over a medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered 30-45 minutes until fruit is soft and collapses and liquid has the consistancy of syrup, stirring occasionally.
  • Options: Strain out fruit and add a few spoon of syrup into seltzer water or club soda for homemade soft drinks.
  • If using blueberries- add 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
  • if using apples- add 1-2 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar.
  • Can be stored up to one week.
