- 6 ounces frozen juice concentrate, thawed (any flavor)
- 2 medium sliced bananas
- 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup nonfat milk
- 1⁄4 cup water
directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Blend til well mixed & smooth.
