  1. Whisk together mascarpone and yogurt.
  2. Add 1 tblsp raspberry syrup.
  3. Put 1/4 of this mixture in food processor with 1/2 the berries.
  4. Add also 2 tblsp syrup.
  5. Blitz to a rosy puree and fold through remaining yogurt mixture.
  6. Create a marbled effect.
  7. Chill.
  8. Spoon mounds into little bowls.
  9. Adorn with remaining syrup and berries if desired.
