  • 12 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 12 cup red seedless grapes, each cut in half
  • 13 cup celery, choped
  • 14 cup sliced almonds, toasted (toasting optional)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained

Directions
