  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 1 12 cups pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can cream of coconut, chilled
  • 14 cup creme de banane
  • 14 cup light rum
  • crushed ice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except crushed ice in an electric blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Pour over crushed ice and serve immediately.
