Fudge Cookies

"I needed a quick recipe that didn't require a lot of time, and this is quite good. I skipped the nuts and added an entire bag of chocolate chips instead of what the recipe listed, but I'll post it as written. Recipe courtesy of Duncan Hines."

  • 15 14 ounces devil's food cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 cup vegetable oil
  • 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 cup chopped walnuts

directions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Grease baking sheets.
  • Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in large bowl. Stir until thoroughly blended.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Mixture will be stiff.
  • Shape dough into 36 1 1/4 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350 for 10 to 11 minutes. Cookies will look moist. Do not overbake. Cool 2 minutes on cooking sheets. Remove to cooling racks. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
