Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (10 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
  • 1 (10 ounce) package butterscotch chips (1 cup)
  • 1 14 cups quaker harvest crunch cereal (I use the "light" Harvest Crunch)
  • 1 cup chopped unsalted peanuts

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate and butterscotch pieces in the top of a double boiler over hot (not boiling) water.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in Quaker Harvest Crunch and peanuts.
  4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  5. Chill.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
