"Great tasting, lovely looking cookies to enjoy. No need to wait for the holidays to make these. Also, they contain no eggs. One of my son's most requested cookies."

  1. This cookie is very easy to make and lasts a long time on a cookie tray without drying out. The chocolate filling stiffens very nicely, and I would like to use it to make a filling for a sandwich type cookie next time.
