Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 12 ounces cold water
  • 10 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute (10 packets)
  • 1 sugar free fudgesicle
  • 12 ounce davinci sugar free vanilla syrup
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients except protein into blender.
  2. Blend on high until no more pings from ice on blades.
  3. Turn down blender until top of mixture is moving but not splashing.
  4. Add protein powder and replace cover and whirl, but not too high or it will puff up to about 40 oz!
