  1. In a 2-3 quart saucepan over medium heat, melt the oil. Stir in the sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in creamer.
  2. Heat, stirring almost constantly, until mixture is smooth and hot, but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
  4. Set aside to cool to room temperature, until thick enough to spread.
