  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Grease and flour a 9"-13" glass baking pan.
  2. In a larger sauce pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the milk, turn heat to medium and stir constantly for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and add chocolate.
  5. Let the chocolate sit for about 2 minutes so it can soften in the butter mixture.
  6. Gently stir the chocolate into the butter mixture to make sure it does not spatter everywhere.
  7. Stir in the eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt.
  8. Gently fold in the flour and pour into the 9"-13" pan.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the brownies clean.
