Ingredients Nutrition

  • Crust
  • ready-made pie crust
  • Filling
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup white vanilla chip, melted, cooled slightly
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 23 cup chocolate fudge topping
  • Topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 12 cup strawberry glaze


  1. Heat oven to 450°F
  2. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
  3. Gradually add melted vanilla chips, beating until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in whipped cream for filling.
  5. Stir hot fudge topping to soften; spread in bottom of pie shell.
  6. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture over fudge layer.
  7. In medium bowl, combine strawberries and glaze; stir gently to coat.
  8. Spoon evenly over filling.
  9. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm. Before serving, spoon ½ cup whipped cream around edge of pie.
