Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 large banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup or 2 tablespoons powdered chocolate milk mix
  • 12 cup skim milk
  • 12 cup ice cube

Directions

  1. Throw it all in the blender and blend until smooth! Isn't that easy.
  2. I like to freeze my banana, but you don't have to.
