ingredients

3 eggs
2 ¹⁄₄ cups milk
¹⁄₂ teaspoon vanilla
4 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar, light brown
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder

directions

Mix egg, milk and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients. Heat oil to 375. Fry until golden brown.
I added extra vanilla. Mix was thick, so added a bit of water to thin.
