- 1 cup lentils
- 1⁄2 cup quinoa
- 1⁄2 cup bulgur
- 1⁄4 cup peanuts
- 1 cup tofu
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 cup carrot
- 2 green onions
- 1⁄2 cup seedless raisin
- 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
- cook lentils, quino and, bulgur.
- Saute or toast tofu.
- Mix the above ingredients with remaining ingredients Chill.
- Wrap filling in tortilla shells.
