- 1⁄3 cup clove (whole)
- 1⁄3 cup cardamom (hulls)
- 1⁄3 cup cinnamon stick
directions
- Toast ingredients on a jelly roll pan in 350 degree F oven until aromatic, about 20 minutes give or take.
- Cool.
- Grind up.

This is a nice and easy to make spice mix. I like how it only uses a few spices instead of a ton of different ones, but that said, I also find it misses a tad of savoury. It is on the sweeter side and very hot from the cloves. I used it with some goats cheese and that was pretty perfect, so Ill definitely keep using this.<br/>THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this lovely recipe with us, Acadia.<br/>Made and reviewed for Veggie Swap #57 April 2013.
