- 2 cups white rice
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1⁄2 tablespoon garam masala
- 1⁄4 teaspoon coriander
- 1⁄2 tablespoon olive oil
directions
- Bring vegetable broth to a boil over high heat.
- Stir in all ingredients and return to boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- Fluff and serve.
